Human anatomy takes on a multitude of shapes and sizes, some as a result of environmental conditions and others purely as a result of genetic predisposition. Sometimes a certain combination of characteristics results in facial or other morphological features devoid of gender identity. Figures collected in this category generally adopt the behavior and styling of their birth gender despite their lack of clear gender distinctiveness. This trait distinguishes them from others who intentionally dress or adorn themselves to assume the appearance of the opposite gender, or neither in particular.
